The Draft FY 2025 UPWP is available for a 15-day public review and comment period prior to advancing to the S/WMPO Council for their review and consideration. Proposed Amendment to the Adopted FY 2024 - FY 2027 Transportation Improvement Program
Per the request of MDOT, an amendment has been proposed to the adopted FY 2024 – FY 2027 TIP. The amendment is needed to maintain funding for Shore Transit by adding $3.184 million in federal and State funding for FY 2024. Prior to advancing to the SWMPO Council for their review and action, the proposed amendment is available for a 15-day review and comment period. The comment period ends on April 26, 2024, at 5:00 PM EST. Click here to view the proposed amendments (Page 20). Amended FY 2024 Unified Planning Work Program
On February 21, 2024, the Salisbury-Wicomico MPO Council unanimously adopted an amended FY 2024 UPWP. Prior to review and action by the MPO Council, the Draft 2024 Amended UPWP was available for a 15-day public review period, which no comments were received. Additionally, on February 6, 2024, the MPO’s Technical Advisory Committee reviewed the draft and unanimously voted to forward the UPWP to the MPO Council for their consideration.
