PUBLIC NOTICE

An amendment to the Adopted FY 2012 – FY 2015 Transportation Improvement Program has been proposed. In accordance with the S/W MPOs Public Participation Plan, a public review and comment period extending 14-days shall occur prior to any action of the MPO. Therefore, public comments will be accepted for a 14-day period starting on April 10, 2012 and extending through April 23, 2012.

Prior to the adoption of the amended FY 2012 – FY 2015 Transportation Improvement Program, the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will meet to review the proposed amendment, and subsequently make a recommendation to forward to the MPO Council for a Public Hearing and consideration of adoption.

The public is encouraged to attend these open meetings. Information about the upcoming meeting dates of the TAC and MPO Council is located in the Upcoming Meeting section of this webpage.
